Without nitrogen fertilizer an estimated 4 billion people will be in danger of starving. It is absolutely necessary and of great global importance. New Brunswick would become a large supplier and it’s more than just the capitalist interests serving free markets, it’s humane and absolutely essential. I see all interests completely aligned with everyone. The “progressives” who feign the virtue Christian compassion should be onboard. But somehow I think their vices and partisan ideological inclinations keep them sleeping. Politics and environmental rhetoric should be shelved for the world wide fertilizer crisis caused by the war in Ukraine.
